We strongly recommend that no face-to-face business is conducted and that you work with your clients to find technological alternatives. There are many digital resources available to help REALTORS® and their clients facilitate a transaction. As an independent contractor, you should be making decisions about which services you are prepared to offer based on the most current direction of health authorities. Currently, that direction is to reduce or eliminate direct physical interaction. Help your clients understand the importance of following current direction from health authorities and the risks that come with paper documents and in-person meetings.
