OREA is committed to delivering a positive and productive Member experience. During this time of physical distancing to stop the spread of COVID-19, we are all feeling a little ‘disconnected.’ To help with that, OREA is launching on a Member Connect project to enhance Member communication and engagement.
As part of Member Connect, we want to confirm your contact information and communication preferences so that we can tailor our communications. We know how our lives are filled with ‘communications clutter,’ and we all know how frustrating this can be, making this project even more important to us.
We want to make sure you’re receiving the latest information on changes impacting your business during this time. To help Members cope with the COVID-19 crisis, we have announced OREA’s We Have Your Back COVID-19 Relief Plan that focuses on three key areas:

|An in-house OREA customer service representative will be calling you for a brief chat. To ensure full transparency, the name ‘OREA Connect’ may display on your CallerID window or the number 1-855-440-4403, depending on your service provider.|
|Our rep will be calling you between Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.|
|Our representative will be asking you how you are coping during this time and asking if you are aware of our We Have Your Back COVID-19 Relief Program. The rep will also be confirming the accuracy of the contact information that OREA has on file and your communication preferences.|
